Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Policy:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes. Full insurance is included in all shipments.
  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping method: FedEx, UPS, USPS.

Tracking number(s) will be provided by email 2-4 business days* after the order date.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Economy Shipping

Handling time: 2-3 days (Monday – Friday)
Transit time: 5-8 days (Monday – Friday)

Standard Shipping

Handling time: 1-2 days (Monday – Friday)
Transit time: 3-4 days (Monday – Friday)

Please note that these are general guidelines, and shipping times may vary based on the final destination, items ordered, and other logistical factors.

Cancellation/Refusal Fee: If an item is shipped, and we are notified that the order is canceled or refused, there will be a 20% restocking/shipping fee.

LTL Shipments: Large and heavy items, such as ranges, sofas, or items exceeding 155 pounds, will ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) shipment. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment, and a person must be available at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled delivery or if the shipment is refused. We strive to provide the best shipping prices possible for customers. All LTL shipments are curbside delivery at no cost to the customer. Persons 18 years of age or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

Shipping Status:

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and we will ensure the items are delivered within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status shows it has been delivered, we recommend that you contact the courier to locate your shipment. If the problem persists, please email us at info@gogreenwoodsny.com.
